How it works

From first call to delivery. At every step you know what happens, what it costs and what you keep doing yourself.

The steps

  1. Free initial analysis

We discuss how requests come in now and what you do with them. Up to 30 minutes.

  2. Proposal

We describe what the assistant does for you, and what you keep doing yourself: reading and sending drafts, making quotes, planning.

  3. Demonstration with made-up data

You see the assistant work with a fictional example, such as the example of a quote request. No real customer data is needed yet.

  4. Quote

With the work, price, planning, what is and is not included, the limitations, any recurring costs and the terms.

  5. Approval

After your written approval we start. If we get access to your customers' data, we first sign a data processing agreement.

  6. Setup and testing in your account

Together with you, on site or via screen sharing. You click "install" and give permission yourself. We test only with made-up messages.

  7. Delivery

Walkthrough, documentation, the test results and the manual fallback route. Any temporary access for us is removed. You sign the delivery document.

  8. Maintenance (optional)

Monthly check, error log and small changes within a fixed scope. See maintenance under services and prices.

The technology in plain language

1. Google Form

Your customer fills in the form, via a link or on your website.

2. Google Sheets

The answer lands in a spreadsheet in your own account.

3. Apps Script

A small script in that same spreadsheet sorts the answer and fills three tabs: Requests, Tasks and Error log.

Minimal permissions. The script only asks for access to this one spreadsheet, and the right to start automatically when a new form answer comes in. No access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or the internet.
Our service is delivered in Dutch: the assistant, its draft replies and the documentation are in Dutch. Questions in English are welcome.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the installation take?

According to our guide, the installation steps take about 30 minutes.

After that we test together with made-up messages and you get a walkthrough of up to 1 hour. Because the first installation at a customer is a pilot, the actual time may differ.

What if the assistant stops working?

Nothing is lost: every form answer stays in Google Forms and in your spreadsheet.

You get a short guide to carry on by hand. If you take maintenance, the monthly check shows whether everything is still set up correctly.

Can I stop?

Yes. You switch off the automatic start in a few clicks.

The form and overview remain yours. Maintenance can be cancelled monthly.

Free Google account or Google Workspace?

Both work technically; you choose.

With Google Workspace (paid) you can conclude a data processing agreement with Google; with a free account you cannot. We explain the differences.

Do I need to give you my password?

No. We never ask for passwords.

You log in, click install and give permission yourself. We guide you, on site or via screen sharing.

Does the assistant use AI, and can that be added later?

Version 1 uses no AI, only fixed, verifiable rules. AI can only be added later if you choose so in writing.

That requires a paid European provider and a data processing agreement. The check on prices, dates and promises stays active, and you still send everything yourself.
